I would like to continue my story by explaining why I decided to write this book. It is because I have become increasingly concerned about the recent extreme weather events and the perilous global situation. Even if the daily changes are slight, the earth is steadily becoming more dangerous, as evidenced by the fact that the global average temperature in July 2023 was the highest since the Industrial Revolution. In my mind, I began to wonder whether I could continue to work only for the benefit of people’s medical care for the rest of my life, or whether I could continue to live with the situation as it is, even though the future survival of life, including human beings, is in jeopardy if the current trend continues. I began to think that it is more important to halt this trend and protect living organisms, including human beings. This is why I began writing this book.
