Isn’t the structure of society also distorted?

I thought about people’s current situation. It seemed to me that there was some distortion in the structure of society, so I thought about what form would be ideal. It is life that does not go the way we want it to go, but it seems to me that there is something that is creating that situation, and I decided to look for what it is.

『It seems to me that there is something wrong with the structure of society, with young people today worrying too much about job hunting, not being able to have big ambitions, not being able to take on big challenges, and company employees not being able to pursue their dreams and being tied down to the status quo.』

This is the same in the adult world, and I would like to see a world where people can stand up and take on challenges at any time, aiming for the path they want to follow. From a different perspective, I would like to see a society where people are able to follow their ambitions and challenge themselves at any time, and where they can feel secure. This may be an overly idealistic statement, but I would like to see a society and world where everyone has a chance and can take on challenges at any time. In other words, I would like to see a society where each person can dream, and where each person can have the mental space to act with consideration for other living things and the next generation.』
