I think it is very important that we gather the wisdom of the world and work together to find ways to acquire the energy needed to improve our lives while making effective use of the Earth’s resources.

Enactment of a law to promote the acquisition of natural and renewable energy (including heavy taxation on the combustion of fossil fuel resources). 24. Enactment of a resource utilization law (utilization of fossil fuels as fine chemical resources). 25. Enactment of regulations to protect the Earth, such as an international carbon law.』
