To protect air pollution（3）

I have described that environmental pollution has a negative impact not only on living creatures but also on us. I believe that “now” we are called upon to restore the earth to a place where all living things, including mankind, can live in peace. We must do whatever it takes to do so before we fall into irreversible change.

『Also, locally contaminated air is diluted on the spot, but spreads steadily and pervasively. If powerful radioactivity leaks out, living organisms will die in the vicinity. Also, if PM2.5 or other pollutants are released into the air, the pollution will spread across national borders to other countries. Furthermore, if fluorocarbon gas is diffused, it will destroy the ozone layer that protects living things on Earth from harmful ultraviolet rays. Thus, pollutants are not necessarily confined to a particular region, but can spread outside the country and across the globe, causing extensive damage to the biosphere. Therefore, each individual needs to fully understand these dangers and steadily comply with regulatory standards for harmful substances at the national and local levels. For this reason, I believe that necessary education, awareness reform, and policy change are required.』
