3）Why do you think we need a framework like a world state?（2）

There are many problems remaining in the world. I believe that we are now being asked to think about and solve these problems as a global effort. I do not think there is another way left, but what do you think?

『That is why I believe we need to create a large framework such as a world state (I’m not necessarily talking about global unification, but a framework where we can work together), come together, and unravel and solve difficult problems one by one.
