In order to translate risk into action, we need to broaden the scope of our education and communicate it to society. I have considered several options, and I think it is essential to address them one by one.

I can think of appealing to academic societies, members of parliament, educational institutions, and the media, but perhaps starting an NPO would be a good idea. To do so, it may be difficult if this activity cannot be incorporated into a business or international cooperation framework.』
