I believe that each country has a responsibility to put concrete strategies in line with the policies of a world state and protect all living things, including people.

『If some kind of large cooperative framework, such as a world state, is established, the world state will be required to take responsibility for protecting the earth, people’s lives, and at the same time, the lives of living organisms. In doing so, each country will be required to contribute to the world by making the most of its own characteristics, while following this concept. Each country will need to cooperate with each other, solve its own domestic problems, and cooperate with the world as a whole.』
