I would like to reconsider what the ideal form should be.（1）

First of all, we must prevent futile wars and conflicts. We must also steadily cooperate and respond to various actions to protect the Earth in a framework that follows the entire world, such as a world nation. Furthermore, I believe that each country’s unique response should be in the form of being left to each other. In this way, I believe that the state in which the world is united is the ideal state that we should be aiming for.

Then, various actions to protect the earth, such as preventive measures against infectious diseases like the new coronavirus, should be discussed in a forum like the United Nations (world state), measures should be decided, and responses should be implemented in cooperation with each other. Then, next, each country should implement its own measures in its own region, taking into consideration the interests of its own citizens. I believe that this is the desirable way it should be, where the world is one and each country’s measures are left to their own regions.』
